"I haven't officially met Dr. Barzune yet although I've attended two seminars and feel completely comfortable with his skill level as a surgeon. My first impression of him is that he is very competent and a very detail-oriented person. He is the longest active bariatric surgeon in the D/FW area and his surgery side-effects are lower than the national averages. His after-surgery check-ups are at no charge and he appears to be genuinely concerned for each of his patients. I have talked to several patients who highly recommend him.
