Two Weeks Post-op

Hi there. I am new to this site. I am 2 weeks post -op and I am concerned because my scale says that I gained 2 lbs yesterday. How can this be when I am only consuming about 250 calories per day? Has anyone else had this problem? SHould I change somehting in my diet or simply not worry?
