Support Group Meeting Today!

I have started this post several times and I am not sure what to say about it!  I went to the group session and met with other post-op patients and I was the only LAP BAND patient!  So even though I spoke many question weren't directed to me b/c all of the pre-op's were Bypass. I broght along  a progression pic"I got a lot of compliments on my progress and I will probablly submit something like this to the doctor so that he can use it in the Info sessions!

I did have some fluctuation in my weight and I nearly killed my scale but then I realized that I was PMS-ind! LoL.  NOw I am back to my 248lbs.  I am working to keeping it off and lose more!
