Hey everyone, I know I haven't posted in awhile. It will be 1 year for me in 3 days, I can't believe it. I am doing great. I eat pretty much what I want just in smaller portions. I do get tired but other than that and needing new boobs I feel wonderful. I have lost a total of 86 pounds and went from size 20/22- 8/10. I wear small scrubs at work. People still comment on my progress daily. I work out at least 3 days a week. This surgery has given me confidence in myself that I did not have before. I feel that I am a stronger person both emotionally and physically. I will post some new pics. Hope everyone is doing great.  God bless

Hi everyone, hope all is well.  It has been 1 month since I have posted anything. I have lost a total of 41lbs in 8weeks. I feel great people are starting to notice my loss. I am still trying to adjust to my new way of eating. I haven't been hungry just sometime miss food. It is a struggle to get enough protein and water in. I hope I don't lose my hair but I will cross that bridge when I get there. I am wearing a size 16 misses now and it feel so good I can't wait to get into single digits.  So far all is good. I working out 3-4 times a week and I can tell I'm getting stronger.  Thats all for now. Good luck to everyone on this journey with me.

Happy 4th of July to everyone. This is my first blog so bear with me. Today is 23 days since my surgery and I have lost 23lbs. Overall I am doing great just tired.  I think I pulled a muscle in my stomach because I still have pain on my left side that feels like a pulled muscle. I see Dr. Murr on Monday so I will ask him to check it out.  I am still struggling to get enough protein in and drink enough water. It is harder than I thought it would be but I am so happy that I had this done.  I know there will be some bumps along tha way but I am determined to do the best I can. I have been walking some and I am not a couch potato so I feel like I have been pretty active since coming home from hospital but as soon as I get the okay from my doctor I will be headed to the gym. thats all for today hope to be back soon.
