"So far haven't met Dr Jawad, but have to admit that some of his staff, the Pre-determination Department in particular, is not the best customer service oriented. They take an eternity to give an answer back and you are just left hanging. If it wasn't for the money and time invested plus Dr Jawad's great credential, I would have walked away long time ago. Really hope they get to change this!!!!"
