Rude comments

I am in need of some help with the rude comments I get on a daily basis.  I had surgery  12/28/2015.  I lost altogether 77 pounds.  YAAY me.   Anyhow I wanted to ask what can I say about the rude comments?  I told someone in confidence that I had surgery.  We go to school together.  But every time we see one another she always has something extremely rude.   I try to ignore and say ... Well that's up to me not you.  The comment is " you need to get skin surgery. Cause ... Well!"   I think in my mind. " b---- shut up".  But I don't say it because it's my journey and not nobody else's.  What has anyone else said to these rude people?  Thank you for your support
