I have an appointment for a consultation on June 2nd I am  excited about the consultation. However  I'm pretty bummed right now, I had lost 15 lbs but gained it back. I have stopped drinking soda and was losing by just that. I took paxil for a few weeks and gained back that 15 lbs. I stopped taking the paxil might have been helping a little but if I keep gaining weight I'm going to be more depressed then ever. I am going to talk to my primary dr tomorrow and see if there is an alternative.

I have gotten the ball rolling. I got a referral from my Dr and have the seminar scheduled for April 15th. I am very excited, I am so ready for this.
