"Dr. Clements was very nice and very direct and to the point. He went over all of the risks and complications and then added all of the overall benefits too. He is very good. He looks really young, but is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He has a good sense of humor and is very east to talk to. He seems to have a very nice staff. His insurance girl Michelle is very nice and helpful, but don't forget to be persistant with her. She is very busy and needs to be reminded occassionally to finish things!! Overall I have had a very pleasant experience with everyone so far."
