Today is December 2nd, 2007.  I am officially down 112 lbs, by the scales at work, which I use at least once a week,  I go back to see Dr. V on Dec 13th so that will actually be the true weight because of weight before surgery documentation... sounds so dreaded, anyway am feeling great.  I have my Christmas Party next week end and the dress I have I can't wait for reaction....  It's elegant and flashy all in one, I know I'm going to feel so good, I wish it was tomorrow.  Hope all is well with everyone and hope to get back alot sooner.  If your reading this, hope to get pictures on soon.

WELL UPDATE TODAY IS ABOUT 90-95 POUNDS. GREAT HUGH!!!!  WELL AFTER READING MY LAST UPDATE ITS BEEN ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND IVE ONLY LOST ABOUT 20 POUNDS.  IM STARTING TO FEEL LIKE HOW AM I GOING TO LOSE THE REST(35-40 MORE).  I GUESS TIME WILL TELL, ANYHOW, FOR THE MOST IM DOING GREAT, IM STARTING TO LOSE MY HAIR BY HANDFULS CAN ANYONE HELP ME, IT REALLY IS BOTHERING ME. I TAKE VITAMINS OUT THE YING YANG, EVEN HAVE ADDED BIATIN AND ZINC, STILL COMING OUT.  CRYING OUT FOR HELP.  IF ANYONE CAN HELP YOU CAN EMAIL ME AT [email protected].  ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE WELCOMED AT THIS POINT IM ONLY 39 AND I DONT FEEL LIKE LOOKING HORENDOUS(SP).
ENOUGH ON THAT I REALLY DO FEEL GREAT.

Well i cant beleive that i am at my 3 month mark, I think i am down about 76lbs, my weight loss is starting to slow down at least compared to what i have lost so far.  Anyway, im really excited to have come this far.  Everyone at work is noticing a big change in my appearance as well as my attitude.  One of the guys i work with calls me smiley.  I guess in a way i have a lot to smile about.  Anyway i go see dr v on monday july 16th, and that will be my official weight loss, ive been using the scales at work and not sure how reliabe they are.  Will update as soon as i get a chance to.

OK,,,, Well its been a while i know, update is i've lost 55lbs since my weigh in with Dr. V.  I go back in July, for 2 month check up.  I'm doing alright still learning what i can and cannot eat.  That mind thing is crazy but i'm hanging in and doing what i have to do.  Hope everyone is doing good.  I will try and stay more informative than i have in the past, please forgive

Hello all, had my 2 week visit yesterday, i have lost a total of 37 lbs since my first weigh in with Dr V.    He said that everything is going great and to keep it up, Ok i will yeah,,,,,  I will see him again in 2 weeks, so will update again if not sooner.

Well all in all no complaints, tired alot but i will improve with time right..... i hope anyway... not much to add just been taking it easy so not to do any damage hehehe.... don't think i will, might be a mind thing.  I think im doing well as can be expected, ive lose another 7lbs, total 27lbs since the beginning of meeting with dr v.  I think thats good for another week of liquid dieting..... Well talk back later....

Well i have been home for about a day now.   Its been interesting.... Im trying to do what ive been told to do, not been easy, still have a little pain here and there.  I feel like the liquid pain medicine is giving me a headache so trying not to take it as much.  Other than that i seem to be doing ok... Tired so ill catch up later. Thanks for all of your support through this time......

well this time tomorrow i will be probably trying to get up and walk or something like that......  yes we will have had surgery and be on the losing side...... its only been over a year anyway take care and i will update as soon as i can

Here we go 2 days away, Im a nervous wreck, I know  the beginning is of my life is around the corner and i am so excited, but so nervous still... I feel like one minute i know what to do and expect, but then i feel like what in the world am i doing,  only because i m so disorganized anyway how am i going to get all that i need to done... anyway i will make it happen just had to express....so now that i have wish me luck....
