12 Weeks post op

Well, I am beginning to really notice the difference in my body. I have a TON of loose skin on my thighs...YUCK! The weight is comming off. It is slow, but I guess that is better than super fast. I barely eat...I am not hungry. I have a hard time with protien. Meats just feel like a dead weight in my pouch. I CANNOT do protien shakes...they make me gag! I am doing what I can and averaging 50-60 g of protien daily. I get the protien through milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, and whatever meat I can handle. I am loving learning how to cook healthy. I am really experimenting with my dinners. Today I made Chicken Parmesan, and for lunch I am making a baked fish. I am seeing a chiropracter for my back....it is really out of whack! With loosing the weight everything is becomming more appearant.  Anyway....My journey is going great and I definitely would not change a thing! If I had to do this all over I would!  I just wonder why I didn't do this sooner?!
