6 week follow up visit and other thoughts...

I saw Dr. Pop on Thursday and all went quite well. He was happy with my weight loss and said that "my smile was full of energy" and I was "doing great. " I am happy and proud of the accomplishements I have made so far. It isn't overnight, granted, but I feel amazing, and I don't think I would want things to go any faster than they are right now. I am shrinking sizes SO FAST! I also had them remeasure my height at my appt and low and behold I have regained a 1/2 inch in height. I think as I lose I will continue to "get taller." I  used to be 5'8" at least and maybe taller.   My husband tells me every day (several times a day) that he "wants me" and that feels nice. He says I am gorgeous at any size but especially now! I am looking forward to the continued and consistent weight loss, something no diet has ever given me.... EVER!!!! The only complaint I have about any of this is that I am UBER CONSTIPATED!!! I just started some Miralax yesterday so we will so how that works. I just want to be able to poop every day like everyone else! LOL....
