It's been almost 2 years since Dr. Spivak did my revision surgery - band to lap RNY. I am MOST pleased with everything that has happened. I am a VERY compliant patient. I always eat protein first... then I eat a few carbs, but not many at all. When I started losing weight 2 1/2 years ago (Sept 2004) I weight 365. I am now at 148. January 10th I had my first round of plastic surgery. I had an extended tummy tuck and my arms done. On April 4, I will have a breast lift. It is so exciting seeing the change in me. I worry about what I eat, I exercise.... I love the new me. I owe everything to Dr. Spivak - he is such a wonderful man and I have sent SO MANY friends to him to have this surgery... and now I help them!
I went from wearing 28/30 pants to a size 8... WOW - this is still so unbelieveable to me. I will never go back!!!
