Losing weight.

 I am down 31 lbs.  I understand that the lap band weight loss is slower, but I am glad that it is happeneing.  I am going for my first fill today.  Gee,  they waited a while to do that.  My surgery was on 11/10/11.  I have lost inches, and sizes.  That is the important thing.  Exercise had been helping.    Michelle.
