"Dr. Simonowitz is a very confident, easy going person with a good sense of humor. I don't get the feeling that he is interested in really getting to know his patients however. He knows what he is doing, he will answer your questions, but doesn't volunteer a whole lot of information, particularly about after the surgery. I have a lot of confidence in him as a surgeon. He has performed thousands of wls and we all know that practice makes perfect! I have my surgery scheduled with Dr. Simonwitz on 2/23/04. Kat at Dr.Simowitz's office is fabulous. She really has been a tremendous help with the insurance problems that I experienced and I am truly grateful for her help. Although I wish that there was some kind of aftercare program available to me through Dr. Simonowitz's office, I am still thrilled he will be performing my surgery. "
