i have about the same story as everyone who has had the surgery i had the duodenal switch surgery on dec.16th 08 all was well no compliations. im happy with results but it seems like i thought even though they say it is only a tool that the wt. would come off faster than this but i realy only recently started exercising so i guess........ this is the way it is!! getting in 90 gms of protein is verry dificult i have to usually drink a protein drink daily ,i use the unjury protein & like it i usually have to get 40 plus grams in that way. having trouble getting in 64 plus oz of h2o also but im working on all this so in a nutshell thats my story.
