I have been having trouble staying away from sugar and grazing. I am going to try to limit my food intake to three times a day and only 20 minutes at a time. This worked before and that is my goal now. I think the emotional issues are starting to get to me. Getting below 200 lbs has always been a problem for me with other weight loss programs. I see below 200 as a normal size person in my head and I just don't see myself as normal...
