So I am FINALLY seeing the hard work and weight loss I have achieved in a short amount of time!!! I had been slacking because I moved and was getting acclimated to my new surroundings...Well I have found a gym don't have a workout buddy but I have to remember I'm doing this for me!! The nausea has gotten way better but now I'm battling some depression...I truly thought this was going to be a walk in the park but its more of an uphill battle...Either way I'm losing...I know that things will get better in time! It would be nice if some of you replied with advice, words of wisdom or something....I thought this was a support group site???

So my surgery was a success!! I had lost 17 pounds on the pre op liquid diet so I was down to 328 on the day of surgery...When I came home I slept a lot walked around some and threw up lots...The 1st few weeks I had a hard time even holding water down....By week 4 I was able to drink with ease and eating some soups....

As of today 1/7/12 I haven't worked out like I should be but I am def working on it..I have had several new foods and for the most part can keep things down, not able to eat much most meals....I have had some dizzy spells which I am going to ask the doctor about...

I am still going thru many emotions and really need someone to talk to!

So its been 13 day on a liquid diet and I made it my surgery is tomorrow 11/14/12 at 1:45pm! I am going thru many emotions excited scared confused happy.....u name it I feel it! Mostly I am feeling brand new and blessed beyond measures to a 2nd chance at life and motherhood! I am going to make sure I eat right, exercise and start living my life! Updates will come when I get home!

This liquid diet is the pits! I still feel hungry and still have 9 days to go till surgery....I have a good support system but they can't fill the hungry pains I'm having lol....Hopefully the next few days will be less hunger filled,....The plus to this is I'm pretty sure I'm losing weight

So my surgery is scheduled for 11/14/12 145pm...I've started this wonderful liquid diet and boy is this harder than i thought...Wish me luck
