Down 90 pounds

ok so i am down 90 pounds now and i am trying to figur out how to put photos in the file of photos of me to do the before and after deal i have no clue anyone know at all???

I can do it for my albums but it doesn't give me the option to download photos for that area why am i having a hard time?
