I have always been overweight but it has gotten out of hand for the last 6 years and especially after I had my triplets in 2003. I weigh 243 now and I hope to go down to 130 after the surgery. My family does not want me to have the surgery at all. But I know it is the right thing for me. however, I am really nervous.
