AM STILL HERE BT STUCK PLEASE HELP

What is going on with me I have not lost any more weight, need to get on the loosing side again. It has been two years since my surgery. I have an appointment with Doctor Aranow, in Feb. I seem to be able to eat more, I need some encouragement, and suggestions... any comments are welcome....
