You've got to be kidding.... I can't believe... Primary Physician on board..province approved, letter received from Dr.... 4-4 1/2 years before first appointment....Disappointed....you bet!!!!

I received my letter of approval from the Province.  I have been approved for out of province consultation/assessment/surgery.... now ....how long til the next step???
