Well i must say since not eating much and losing steady i feel empowered.  Whats up with that??  I say more of what i think now, maybe i will come completely out of my shell well that would be different.  I promise i won't get a bad attitude.  I feel happy actually that i am doing this and keeping my head above water since my husband split.  I feel i am doing good at my mothering my son but wish i had someone to be his daddy.  Its bad for him cause i feel he is missing out.  I know if i stay positive and work on the hear and now the now and later will be better.  Maybe i will get out of the notion that i must please others first.  I need to be happy for me and my son.  I hope i keep feeling this engergetic and up.  Who knows what is yet to come.  Looking happily into the future.  Geez that was too sun shinny lol

Well i have lost a total of 13lb since last fill i hope the weight keeps dropping off.  Would love to lose another 64lbs so fast.  I want to be noticabley thinner by christmas when all the family will be at my house.  Some havent' seen me for awhile.  I have got to get a cute outfit for that day!  ya i am thinking ahead.  LOL  I am mostly living on protein shakes and roman noodles in the day time and night my band is loser and i can eat something more but not too hard.  I had a bite of cottage cheese this morning and it felt almost stuck.  I have been sipping hot tea during the day.  I have some real restriction now,  Its about time.  Fourth fill does the trick i guess.  I am a little bit too tight but i need that to stay on schedule.  I wonder how much i will lose by next friday

Well its been five days since my fourth fill, things are going pretty good.  I can not tolerate much solid foods or mushy foods yet.  I am basically living on protein drinks and ham salad.  I have lost eleven pounds though.  If i could keep this up i would be happy.  I don' t want to get a slight unfill cause don't want this restriction to go away its awesome, It sucks in a way cause i want some real food but that is what got me to this place i am at.  Need to break those Bad habbits and look forward to a healthy and bright future.  I think i have more energy since i have been doing my protein drinks.  Maybe its just cause the scale is moving downwards.  Anyways tell next time

Well i got my fourth fill today i gained five pounds but i think its because i was weighed late in the day and i ate before i went.  Also forgot to take my water pill yesterday.  oops!  Anyways she gave me 2cc more saline in my band so i have 8.5 in my vg band hope this hits my sweet spot.  She also don't want me eating or drinking artifical sweetened products she said to switch to steevia for a artificial sweetner it is all natural well i learned something today atleast.  I skipped my fill last month cause was short on cash, i should of went i guess.  I have to get back on the wagon because need to excersise more man i hate that.  Small portions and especially better quality foods.  I am a breakfast skipper and the doc hates that one so must have protein shakes for breakfast every morning.  I got to get in the routine.  I am sipping my applejuice and going to go to bed soon.  Tell next time bye

well it will be five months since my surgery tomarrow.  I have lost 60lb and counting.  I think i lost more inches then pounds at this stage.  I went from a 34w pants to 26W  and a 5x shirt to a 2x shirt.  What a difference that makes.  If i could lose 100lb more i would be more than thrilled.  I have lots of problems with getting stuck and pbing right now.  I just have to be real careful with how well i chew and how big of bites i take.  If i don't pay attention my band will kick my butt but i wouldn't be able to do this without that effect thats what i need.  I now have 6.5cc in my Vg band.  I am not sure i am going in for another fill soon or not since i am having lots of pb episodes.  But we will see i have lost 6lb since my third fill.  I am feeling pretty good and looking foward to going down more sizes of clothing before long.  Gosh if i could get to 24W that would be awesome i haven't been that size since i was in middle school lol.  Ok till next time!

Just went and got my third fill now the doctor put in 1.5cc.  So i have a total of 6.5cc in my 10cc band.  They are going to submitt the claim to the insurance company and see if they will pay for my fills if they do than i will get a refund that would be awesome.  I lost 6lb last week and lost 2.8 this time i want to lose more than that each time but i will take that.  Ok i am tired so will write more later

Well i got my first fill the other day it went really good.  The nurse practioner does them.  She was wonderful.  She only does them under fluro so that eased alot of my worries because i only will get my fills under fluro after my surgeon explained what could happen . If someone inexperienced or someone who would accidently miss the port could ruin my port.  It could cause the tubing to mess up or a leak in my port.  I have the low profile port and the usa doctors are not really experienced giving fills to these.  The nurse practitoner was happy with my success so far and said i am going to do wonderful with the band.  She laid me on a table and lifted my shirt and put the camera machine over my stomach.  My port was lower than i imagined and she injected 4cc in my 10cc band.  She deadened the skin with a freezing spray so i didn't even feel the injection which was wonderful.  She had me try to drink some water just incase i was too tight.  I was fine.  I go back June 1st for my second fill she wants to do them agressive.  Its been three days since my fill.  I went to kfc for lunch today i guess could of had a better choice i almost pb or maybe i did not too aware of if you actually get sick but i got stuck and felt like i was going to vomit.  I burped this long herrific burp and people were knocking to get into the bathroom and i stayed till i felt i could stand it and went back to my family.  God Talk about irritating.  I have to be more careful with my choices i guess so this must mean i have restriction.  I will post more later bye

Well i am down 49lb now.  I am hoping to be down 100lb by fall.  That would be so wonderful, getting a fill soon i hope that goes well.  I got medicaid so i have to call monday to see if that will cover my fills.  It would be a God send if it did.  I feel energized.  I need to workout more frequently i do that irregular.  I usually do about fifteen minutes at a time.  I excersised tonight.  I should be doing it twice a day!  I just need to get really motivated.  I am loving fitting into smaller jeans and when i get compliments or someone notices my weightloss it just makes my day. I will write more later

Well things are going good.  The sun is shinning and i think its supost to be beautiful this week thank goodness.  My scale is moving a little bit but i can really tell my arms are getting so flabby and can tell i am definatly losing inches and fat there.  God i hope some of my skin goes back into place.  I have met someone new and spent talking to them on the phone all night.  We just clicked and hope this works out and i am so excited and happy.  My life is definatly changing.  The lapband has gave me a new lease on life and is making tons of emotional changes in me as well as physical.  I am embracing them hole heartedly.  I feel this summer will be a beautiful turn for me and will be filled with excitement and changes.  Maybe I will have a very positive week.  The bad is I can't wait till my fill and have lots of financial red tape to swim thru such as a divorce and trying to get everything back into my name!  That is my challenge.  It will work out fine i am sure.  Gods on my side!.  Tell next time Misty
