"The first time I met Dr. Coates was about 30 minutes before my surgery. I really liked him and felt comfortable with him. I wish I had met him before that though. The office staff is very busy but they care very much. Sonja usually makes me feel so good when I am there, it is nice to see her smiling face. I was lucky enough to meet Don and Monica. both surgery assistants to Dr. Coates. I really liked both of them and their enthusiasm. I ended up with Don in my surgery and afterwards he was very thoughtful and never made you feel like he was rushed when you had questions in the hospital. I strongly recommend this team if you are considering surgery. "
