"The staff made me feel as if I was a bother. When I first woke up in the room nobody could tell me where my husband was, I couldn't call him (I live in PA now and it was long distance). I didn't have a trapeze bar for the first day and a half. Nobody ever helped me out of bed, I did everything on my own. I only called for assistance for two things to plug the IV pump back in and for pain meds and that seemed like a huge bother to them. If I had a choice I would never stay at Franklin Square. One other bummer, the TV is shared with your room mate."
"As everyone says he is very quiet, soft spoken, but very nice. I was conformtable with him, he was well spoken. The first visit is like a group visit there where like 6 or 7 of us and he took us all into a room and explained each procedure he does and allowed questions. Then we all went back to the waiting room and met with him indivually. This was very efficient, it allows him to see more people at a time."
