"My first meeting with Dr. Houston was very informative. After he discussed the entire process of the RNY I ask him why he chose to specialize in Bariatric surgery and his response was "because of patients like you that are committed to improve their quality of life"!! Holly who is Dr. Houston's office assistant has been very helpful. Had to prompt the insurance specialist to process my pre-auth; i.e.-getting her my insurance fax number etc..
Since I live 4 hours from Nashville, Dr. Houston will have me stay an extra day and this was comforting-my insurance has approved 5 inpatient days for this surgery."
