Hi Melissa: Glad to hear that you are home and doing well. I will keep you in my prayers for your quick recovery and relief from those crampy, painful feelings. Take care of yourself and try your best to get in the water and protein. I found that I had no problem by day four getting in my 4 packets of protein. I almost felt normal by day 5-6! Did you have surgery lap? Didn't know since you had adhesions. Take care and walk when you can. Also, if you had lap, try stretching a little side to side with arms overhead, it really helps with the gas they blow your belly up with, even more than walking! Pam

Hello ALL ~ Well surgery went well about 3 hours, I had a previous incicsion that gave then some troubles. Had to take care of alot of adhesions. A bit sore in those areas...kinda crampy I guess would be the feeling. Got home yesturday, the 4 hour ride was not as bad as I anticipated. Thanks again to all the well wishers....I am on the road to a new and healthier me as we speak !

Hello Melissa - Just a note to say best of luck and God's blessing to you and Dr. Foote on the 18th. Remain positive and remember God is in Control of all. I've just had mine RNY with Dr. Kemmeter on the 10th and am now home and resting! Thinking of you and maybe we'll meet one day at a support group TC
