I have been doing Zumba for  a while now but it does nothing for the bingo wings.  I literally have not 'excersied' the arms for years before surgery and nothing since.   It is like I've got wings.  I know thye will nto completely go but any suggestion

Not eating well.  Hair falling out.    Kidding myself that I can have a 'treat'... or 4 weeks of constant treats!  Back on here for motivation and back on MFP for accountability.   Here's to a new month! 

Ugh!   Last month or so I seem to be eating all the wrong things.   I am doing this to myself!!!!  My hair has really come out.  I am so thin all around up top that I am seriously thinking about ha...

One of my incision sites is sore the last day or so.  Sore to touch when pressed,  all other sites feel fine.  Does not feel 'hot' or look red,  but definitely sore.   I am 5 weeks out.   Anyone had any issues with incisions after awhile?
