Tonight is my last meal before recovery on the other side. For the next two weeks I'll be on Optifast. I'm mourning the loss of things that I haven't even lost yet; steak, soda, popcorn, midnight "snacks" that are actually my 4th and 5th meals of the day. I'm also worried that I will become too thin. It is irrational, but real.

I've seen this happen many times, but I assumed I would evade the changed date syndrome. Changed business commitments have forced me to reschedule. Boo Hiss, etc.. New date is September 9, 2009.
