"Some of the nurses were great. When I got to my room they didn't have the bed ready, the room was hot and the thermostat was messed up, I could hear other people talking very loudly through the vents, the nurses didn't understand that I couldn't take hydrocodone when I was released from the hospital. My parents were not allowed back to the pre-surgery room the whole time I was back there. I only got to see them for like 2 seconds and I already had the calming medicine. Then my room didn't have any seats for my parents and visitors to sit down and the room was very small. My husband who was staying the night with me didn't have a chair to sleep in so they had to hunt one down which blocked the door and everytime they came in during the night they hit it and woke him up to move it. It was a mess."
"He is a very large man and he was straight and to the point. He is very busy and doesn't spend a lot of time with you. He will answer your questions though. He has done many surgeries and is very experienced."
