Well my journey began Sept 22, 2010 and since that day I have lost a total of 47.7 pounds!!!!! it's amazing and I feel great.. More energy, healther and happier... I've learned that I do not need food to live.. I can eat what my body needs which is not much and the right foods. As well, as exercise, are bodies were meant to move. It took my a long time to realize this and learn new habits. Everyday I think about what I am putting in my mouth and if its healthy or not...I plan my meals now and not just eat because it looks good. I eat because my body is hungry and not all day long... I am so thankful and grateful to God. I am thankful for my support group (family, friends) and especially my wonderful doctor who is amazing!!!!I will keep you guys posted as I am not done being a LOSER!!!!!!
