"I met Dr Davis at one of his information sessions. I think that is a great way to meet your patients for the first time. He was able to go over the most frequently asked info. Things like types of procedures, risks, comorbities, post op diet, etc. Then he called each patient in one at a time. I was the last there so I had to wait the longest. It still was only less than an hour of waiting. I came prepared and didn't have many questions. He answered the ones that I had very well. Dr Davis' staff is wonderful- though busy. Dr. Davis' son works in the office with him so I am sure they see alot of patients. They have been very patient with me even though I am impatient!! The Davis' have a support group that meets now. They want to expand into more of a comprehensive weight loss center with Psych., dietitian etc. at their office. While I think that surgical competence is the most important of Dr. Davis'--he also has a great bedside manner. At this point I don't have anything negative to say about him or his staff."
