So Disgusted, looking for support

I am ashamed to say that I  have fallen off the wagon. I had surgery in 2003, had major complications between 2006  and 2007, I am recovered now; however, I have gained 28 lbs since 2003. It may  not seem that much to some folks, but I have sucommed to the daily pressures of my personal life. I am seeking some support and hopefully some new friends who can get me back on track.

Appriciate any  help.
