Cleveland Clinic WLS Questionnaire

I mailed back my 18 page questionnaire on April 2, 2009, after being referred to the program by my PCP. Any idea how long it will take before I'll get a call? According to the paperwork, they're supposed to call within 10-14 days after receiving it, but it's been longer than that. I've called a couple of times to check on the progress, but have gotten the same response, "Your insurance is being verified and your packet is being reviewed by a nurse." I am getting so antsy waiting. Anyone else still waiting on a response or just recently got the call? I can't wait to get the ball rolling.
