Wow!! Where did the time go?

Well it's been over 6 years since my surgery. I lost 130 pounds within a year and loved losing weight and shopping for new clothes! I loved especially playing with my kiddos. I have slowly gained about 10 pounds a year...sadly I say this. I am very disappointed in myself. I am a snacker as I don't each much at meals. I try in spurts to help myself but can't seem to get away from the food addictions. I like to exercise and have no problem doing it except that I don't always make the time. I keep praying for a miracle that will help me with this food addiction. I don't want to be like this and I am so upset with myself and mad, too! I will keep praying for a cure for my issue.
