Howdy, I'm a Southern Lady that LOVES southern food, unfortunately it also loves me and sticks to me like glue. I have been on the diet rollercoaster all of my life. I have used food for comfort thru celebration I have also been on Weight Watchers, Nutirsystem, Atkins you name it....However, my life will soon be better than ever I have the support from my loving husand, my daughter says she will be my cheerleader and on 06/16/2010 I will receive the tool I need to succeed.
I understand that this will not be easy but, I've been told you can not be an overcomer unless you have something to overcome.
