"First impression of Dr Felix - AWESOME !! He obviously knows very well what he is doing and is extremely funny!! Office staff were very busy so I didn't get to interact with them for any kind of "first impression rating". I will save any comments for a later date! Although I did get to speak with Rosemarie for a minute and she was very nice and it was a pleasure meeting her. Dr Felix makes it very clear that aftercare is important and that we will not succeed without listening to him!! As he says - " I am the boss !!" I am waiting now for insurance approval and after one visit at the office I will give the overall experience a "9".!!!!!!!!!"
