HI everyone well i am feeling great. im getting my strentgh back finally.and i am returning to work on feb 7 2005 i have been off sence oct 30.2005 had my surgery nov 03.2004 and as you no i suffered greatly with nausea and glad to say its still gone.i have not been sick in 3 weeks. so ive decided that i am well enough to return to work. its been a long 3 months for me i have lost 62 lbs and feeling great i never thought i was gone to pull out of this,but i did and im well on my way to being a healther,happer,skinnier,person.i was once saying what did i do to myself,and now im saying i did a good thing good luck to all of you.and i hope i will have more good things to come.

hi i am now 10 weeks post-op and all my nausea is gone. it was do to taking axid a medacation to prevent ulcers,it was the colpret.it took me 2 1/2 months to figure it out.that every time i missed a day or so i wasnt as sick. then i ran out and didnt get to the drug store to get them. and i noticed i was feeling better. so i went to pick them up and i took them that day and the next,and wham there i was sick as a dog again. so i called my doctor and told him what i thought and he said to stop them,and gave me protonix instead,so here i am feeling GREAT. now just working on getting my strength back. eating and drinking fine now with no problems.my only regret was not catching it sooner.

hi i had my surgery on nov 3 2004 i had laserscopic roux-en-y. it wasnt very painfull at all i was home in 2 days i had no complacations. i am now 8 weeks out and still suffering with nausea nothing seems to work have been hospitalized twice for dehydration.i have no energy,i dont want to eat or drink anything,my doctor says it will go away,im still wating,i still have no appatite at all,i am just wondering when i will finally start felling better,cant take much more,i will keep up dating my progress, if anyone has any information that could help me please let me know thank you
