"I had seen Dr Bollman at a couple of the Live Lite support group meetings in the past couple of months. He is really kind of quiet in these meetings, but will answer any question that is directed to him specificaly.
He is totally different on a one on one type meeting than in a group meeting.I was really impressed with him being totally honest and forthcoming with all aspects of this surgery. He didn't try to make this surgery seem like a walk in the park, so to speak. I asked questions and he answered. He didn't try to sugar coat his answers. He went over the risks of this surgery in great detail. He told of the risks that could be involved and what he does to try to help them from occuring and what he can do to fix problems that arise.
His staff are pleasant and informative. They did not treat me like someone who would been seen in a carnival sideshow.
Not knowing what his bedside manner is right now, I'd have to say his surgical competence is what I'm most impressed with so far."
