one year, one band, one fill, one hip, 154 pounds   December 4, 2008 today is my 1 year bandiversary and it has been a great 08 for me many thanks to the AWESOME Dr Curry, his great staff, his user friendly gym (Fast Track Metabolic Center) and to Dr Lim (who replaced my right hip in August).   I thank those who post on this board, who provide good advice, wisdom and shared experiences I have lost many  pounds,many  inches,  many sizes and regained my quality of life I have a fondness for skim milk lattes and a high tolerance for repetitive menus -both work for me. I do take count (most days) of my calories, carbs and proteins-again this works for me   The Band is a great tool and I am grateful for it and my decision to have the surgery. below-the start, then the middle process, bottom pic was taken Thanksgiving 08- I have much to be thankful for
