Well 7 days in of Optifast and my daughter is committed to this. Not saying that it hasn't been difficult over Christmas to only have a shake. She's 21 and a trooper and looking forward to a new and healthy future. I think I am scared more than she is. Can't read enough to get ensure I can assist in any way! Just took her out yesterday to buy a treadmill for her and some weights. Emotionally she is a ready for the surgery but it has its up's, down's and doubts. It's a journey I will take with her daily to encourage and support her.
