Happy 2 year anniversary. Thank you for the tip about chewing thoroughly. I am hoping to have surgery later this year and I want to prepare. I have started to drink water faithfully and to begin to walk. It is only around the block but I have to start somewhere. At dinner tonight I will begin the chewing and chewing and chewing. It is so good to hear of your success....Steph
