"I found many of hospital staff very nice and caring. I did have one bad night where I could not get anyone to bring me any pain meds. It got so bad I was in tears. The morning staff readily apologized for the problem. Despite this problem, overall I had a good experience there."
"He was very nice during our first meeting. His office staff was very accomadating when it came time to schedule my surgery date. I called in at the first of March, within 2 wks I went for my consultation and had my surgery on the 22th. It was all very fast but this is how I wanted it.
He was very informative in our intial meeting even though I had been thru this process before with about 3-4 other docs. His after care includes visits every 3 months and he is always just a phone call away. I have my lab drawn every 6 months here in my home town and his staff always informs me of any needed changes.
I would rate Dr. Lutrell and his staff a 10+. I have nothing negative to say about my whole experience so far. Even my mother was impressed and she is a hard sell!"
