THREE MONTHS OUT AND I'M DOWN ANOTHER TEN POUNDS I ALWAYS SHOOT A HIGHER GOAL BUT NEVER MAKE IT.I NOW WAY 250lbs. with 10 OF THEM BEING PRE;OPT. BUT I CAN SAY I DO FEEL DIFFERENT AND LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND IN A SIZE XL SHIRT AND A 16 PANTS WON'T TO GET A SIZE 10 PANTS SOMETIMES IT SEEMS ALITTLE SLOW BUT IM ENJOYING EVERY MINUTE OF IT LOVING MY SLEEVE.

One month out  and I feel really good about it thought being able to eat mushies would be fun but prefer the full liquids better I guess I just have to get use to it .Down 30 pounds 9 was pre-opt  but have lots of  energy and feel a whole lot better I feel like I'm getting my life back only words could describe how  that feels If anyone every have second thoughts about the sleeve think a little harder its worth it the liquids diets and all. CRAZY ABOUT MY SLEEVE.

I got sleeved on Monday April 27, 2009, by Dr. Alvarez in Mexico everything went great.  There was no evidence of the violence the media shows on CNN it was rather nice in Piedras Negras, Mexico.  We washed our hands regular, used disinfecting wipes, and germ x .  Don't fear a trip to Dr. Alvarez  just use precautions everywhere you go make it a daily routine, home and abroad.
