"Dr. Zapata is a very nice, soft-spoken, and gentle man. He does his best to try and make sure you are comfortable and answer each and every question you have. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy and confident in his work. His staff are very attentive and all speak english. The only staff I encountered that spoke spanish were the nurses at the actual hospital but you can call his staff to help translate or they give you a paper with common medical questions you may be asked and how to ask certain questions in spanish. There was nothing I didn't like about my experience with Dr. Zapata or his staff. Overall I would rate him a 10/10. He went out of his way for me and I know would do it for any patient. His surgical competence and bedside manner are excellent. "
