I'm feeling set up for failure.  I've been on this road to VSG for 16 months now, and if I could continue to lose weight and keep it off I wouldn't need the damn surgery!  This is pissing me off.  Six month program my ass.  I've managed to lose 55 lbs on my own, and now I'm losing steam and making bad food choices again.  

06/12/12     Orientation at San Joaquin Bariatric Solutions (298.5)

06/20/12     PCP for referral to BFMC Weight Management classes, labs

08/30/12     BFMC WM group - 8 weekly 2hr classes started (294), through 10/25/12

11/01/12     BFMC WM, began 11 one-on-one meetings (281)

03/28/13     Last one-on-one, labs (263)

04/15/13     PCP sick, appointment postponed a month!

05/15/13     PCP appt, need referral for psych eval and BFMC Pre-op Bari Program

06/27/13     Psych evaluation (it's been over a year already!)

07/15/13     Began BFMC Pre-op Bari Program (258)

07/23/13, 08/05/13, 08/13/13 Pre-op Bari Program (end 254)

08/14/13     PCP for surgeon referral

09/04/13     Surgeon appt (Dr. Garcia), then appt with San Joaquin Bariatric Solutions

09/12/13     Weigh-in at SJBS

09/17/13     Weigh-in and nutrition/pre-op class at SJBS

10/04/13     PCP for pre-op test referrals, completed pulmonary function test and EKG
