Called insurance company back today to see if surgery was approved. finally I am definitely approved for surgery. Still waiting on date.

Well today I called my insurance company back because I didn't get a approval letter from them. It turns out i'm still pending approval . (last week the lady from the insurance company told me that I was approved for my surgery, but it turns out I was approved for the referral to see the Doctor) They told me  that they just received the fax from the hospital yesterday about the surgery, and they would have a answer in the next day or 2. So i'm still waiting.

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Caruana on April 24. They took my height and weight ,gave me some information to look over. explained the approval process to me. They also told me about when I might have the surgery (late June early July).Today I called the insurance company to check my status they told me I was already approved. I was excited. Now i'm waiting on my exact date to have surgery.
