Hello all,
I know its been a while. I got may date on Monday for my Psych, nutrition and fitness consult. Today I went to the consultation and everything went swell. I could never be so happy. I just have to wait for the insurance approval. Now ladies the process of anticipation begins.

I went for my sleep study #1 on November 3, 2008.  I pray to God I don't have to go back for a second night.  There is definately no place night like home.  So for now the ball continues to roll.

Today I scheduled my sleep study.  This is just another small movement in   the right directions.

Now that  the consultaiton is done I have to get the sleep study.   I                really  like  Dr. Dallal.   His office staff where very nice.

Today I received my packet and began to complete it before I return it I have to complete the 3 day food journal.  Some of the anxiety is diminished since this is become a reality.
