I'm 28, turning 29 very soon, I'm a wife and mother to a beautiful baby girl. For the last maybe 10 years my weight has been up and down for the last 3 year it's been up. I'm just tired of the fad diets the starvation, scanning a room to see who's bigger, blah blah. Even to write about it makes me emotional. So I will finish my story later.
