1st Month

Tomorrow will be my 1 monthiversary. I love how we invent words on here. :) I am down 28 lbs since surgery and am back on real food. Breads don't sit very well and neither does chicken. I have a great Lemon Pepper fish recipe that has been great the last few days. I am getting in about 70g of protein because I drink 32 oz of milk everyday. I also get out of having to take a calcium supplement because of this. My new love is orange juice and ginger root tea. Almost makes up for the lack of coffee. Been back to work for 3 weeks and am finally caught up. It is so nice to see my desk again. Now I just have to clean up the mistakes of the other people who tried to do my job while I was gone. It doesn't look to bad but I will find out the full damage later this week. I am able to fit size 22-24 pants and 18-20 shirts. I haven't been this size in 12 years. I was this size in about 7th grade. Really trying to work on my exercise program but it keeps raining outside. Grr. So I put on my iPod and dance around the house like a crazy person. Much funner. Lots more energy. Can't wait til the family reunion at the end of the summer. Mwahahaa.
