Scale

The scale is a scary thing.... On yesterday as I cleaned up I decided to throw away a scale I had since 2007.  (it kept reading wrong anyway) I must stay focused on my goal and the scale is not working for me. LOL... anyways I plan to continue on this journey with a positive mind set that I will reach goal of 160 or 150 (future baby room) Ok.  You guys have a great week!!!
